Description

About Villa Koyama Villa Koyama is a remarkable property in the middle of Seminyak with traditional architecture featuring shingled roofs and individual pavilions for bedrooms and living spaces. You are sure to spend a fun tropical holiday with friends and family at Villa Koyama as it offers ample space for you to run around and play as well as hold BBQ parties for an afternoon well spent. Since the best of Seminyak is right next to and all around the villa, all you need to do is step out for the best restaurants, bars, beaches and cafes in town! Outdoor and Pool area The outdoor area of the villa features a freeform swimming pool which reminds one of a lake in the middle of the jungle with lush tropical foliage surrounding it and casting their shade on the waters. The walled gardens offer much-needed privacy so you can splash around in the pool unhindered. There are ample sun chairs placed on the deck so you can rest up and relax all you want under the tropical sun as you sunbathe or work on your tan. A thatched-roof traditional bale houses a comfortable daybed for additional seating around the pool. The porch has an extended roof so you can sit on the traditional furniture and enjoy a cup of tea. An outdoor bar housed under a gazebo is also accessible for some freshly-brewed drinks! Living Areas The villa boasts of an open-concept living pavilion that is mostly wooden beams, trusses and a simple aesthetic for a comfortable and cozy place for you to relax in. The rustic finish of the living pavilion creates an enchanting ambiance as it has exotic chandeliers, vintage armoires and washed out furniture. The dining area and kitchen comprises a ten-seater dining table looking out to the tropical gardens, a fully-equipped kitchen with barstools where you can enjoy some drinks while the food is being prepped. A comfortable sitting area with chairs and sofas is where you can retire to after a long day. The media room is air-conditioned with glass-paneled doors so that there is natural lighting in the room as well. A flat-screen TV is placed facing the comfortable sofa and the room is decorated with traditional Balinese artefacts and distressed furniture. Bedrooms The traditional décor of the main living pavilion can also be seen in the bedroom suites. The five, well-furnished bedrooms each feature distinct styles with king-sized beds and single beds with the same wash out look. The rooms open out to the private terrace where you can enjoy a peaceful moment to yourself as you gaze at the scenery. There are hand-painted wall hangings, wooden armoires, and sheer drapes around the bed. The dim lighting and cozy ambiance is conducive for a good night’s sleep. The en-suite bathrooms are spacious and fitted with necessary amenities. The vintage décor is similar to the bedrooms with natural stone basins, armchairs, bathtubs and shower areas. Staff & Services With an attentive staff at your service your stay will definitely be one that is memorable and comfortable. There is regular housekeeping and maintenance.
